METU Northern Cyprus Campus is the first overseas campus of a Turkish university, and was founded in accordance with an invitation conveyed to METU by the governments of Republic of Türkiye and Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in the year 2000 and the foundation law adopted in the year 2003.

Located in Güzelyurt, the Campus currently offers 15 undergraduate and 5 graduate programs providing the academic repertoire and quality maintained at the home campus in Ankara, Türkiye.

Cyprus Science University was established in 2013. Following the establishment, our university experienced rapid growth in a short term. By 2014 the university started to accept students, and in a very short time the university got recognition by TRNC, Turkey and overseas, and became a preferred higher education institution.

Our campus is located within the boundaries of Ozanköy on the road of Bellapais, which is known as the most exceptional neighborhood in Kyrenia the most beautiful city of TRNC.

The roots of the University lie in the establishment of the first Maritime Studies Faculty in Cyprus at our sister university, Near East University, in 1978, and this history gives us thirty-five years of expertise in the field.

Cyprus Health and Social Sciences University (CHSSU) was established in the Guzelyurt region of TRNC in 2016. Cyprus Health and Social Sciences University, as of 2021-2022 academic year, 7 Faculties, 1 School, 1 Education with Vocational School, Graduate Education and Research İnstitute, English and Turkish Preparatory School Continues to grow in its teaching activities.

World Peace University (WPU) is a new University established under the auspices of Altınbaş Holding. It is young. It has a dynamic administrative and academic staff. It was established with the aim of becoming a fifth generation University.

It aims to educate its students on a campus (smart campus) equipped with superior technological infrastructure. Education is a priority at the World Peace University.
